Class Action Residuals
The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania entered an Order,
effective July 1, 2012, enacting a number of changes to the Pennsylvania
Rules of Civil Procedure. Not less than 50% of residual funds in a given
class action must be disbursed to the PA IOLTA Board to support activities
and programs which promote the delivery of civil legal assistance to the
indigent in Pennsylvania.
