Bank of America Surplus Distribution Grant Program

The following grant is supported with restricted revenue resulting from a settlement agreement between the U.S. Department of Justice and Bank of America. Grant-funded activities under this program are restricted to foreclosure prevention and community development legal assistance. The amount available for the program represents a portion of the Bank of America Surplus Distribution received by the IOLTA Board in 2015. Applications

Applications for the grant year beginning July 1, 2020 opened on December 16, 2019. Proposals were due to the IOLTA Board on January 17, 2020.

Grant Report Schedule for 2020-2021

For Period Ending September 30, reports are due by October 30.

For Period Ending December 31, reports are due by January 29.

For Period Ending March 31, reports are due by April 30.

For Period Ending June 30, reports are due by July 30.

Audit reports are due to the Board no later than October 15, 2021.

The deadline for budget amendment requests is May 31, 2021.

Pro Hac Vice

Out-of-state attorneys seeking to enter their appearance on a Pennsylvania case must pay an admission fee of $375 per case to the IOLTA Board prior to filing the motion with the court. Complete your pro hac vice application online and pay the $375 fee by check or credit card.
