These regulations, contained at Title 204 Pa. Code Chapter 82, have been promulgated by the Pa IOLTA Board and approved by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

 

They are to be read and applied in connection with the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct. Nothing in these regulations shall be construed to relieve a lawyer of any provision of the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct. Where these regulations contain directives pertaining to the IOLTA program which are more specific than those set forth in the Pa Rules of Professional Conduct the provisions of these Regulations shall control.
